When a prolific former Hastings shoplifter met the man determined to stop him

To most people it would have been two men sitting down to enjoy a coffee and a friendly chat – but one of those men was once the most notorious shoplifter in Hastings and the other was the local Shop Watch co-ordinator devoted to stopping him.
