Voi refuses to leave Ealing after losing out on e-bike contract

E-bike rental company Voi has defended its decision to continue operating in Ealing despite missing out on a new contract to operate in the borough. Earlier this year, Ealing Council jointly awarded e-bike contracts to Forest and Lime following an informal procurement process.
