An innovative and tasty recipe incorporating raspberry, pistachio and chocolate into a Chelsea bun has claimed this year’s winning spot. London baker Sian Magee rose to the top in the eighth World Chelsea Bun Awards held last Sunday to scoop Best Chelsea Bun Baker 2026.
