Sussex permanent makeup artist wins two national awards after almost 20 years in the industry

From starting out with a beauty course to appearing on TV, completing more than 12,000 procedures and training nearly 1,000 students, Katy Jobbins has now been named National 1st Place in both permanent makeup artistry and training.
