Southall man charged after 17-year-old dies in car crash

A 20-year-old man, Sukhveer Singh, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent following a crash in Southall which left 17-year-old Ranbir Singh dead and a 26-year-old man seriously injured.
