Police release image after man seen ‘masturbating’ on train between Euston and Harrow

British Transport Police have released an image of a man they want to speak to after a passenger reportedly saw someone exposing himself and masturbating on a train. The incident happened shortly before 6.30pm on 19 August on a train travelling between London Euston and Bushey.
