Police officer and former officer accused of assault on man in Southall

A serving Metropolitan Police officer and a former officer are to appear at Crown Court accused of assaulting a man during a vehicle stop in Southall in 2023. PC Jason Mugg, 30, and former PC Darren Boast, 40, appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court today (16 September 2026).
