Plans for nine-person HMO on Preston Road approved after earlier refusal

Plans to turn a family home in Harrow into a house in multiple occupation (HMO) for up to nine people have been approved, three months after an earlier application was refused. Brent Council approved the plans for 342 Preston Road on Tuesday, 13 October.
