Lewisham council refuses plans for Deptford Bridge scheme - but fails to raise ambition for creek

Lewisham councillors rejected the Deptford Reach scheme on grounds of heritage, urban design, lack of a section 106 and loss of light to Creekside houseboats, but did not engage with calls for ambitious environmental improvement of the creek.
